The InnoQuest journey commenced in 2014 when Sheetal Rao, who was earlier leading Talent Acquisition at Vodafone Shared Services, founded InnoQuest Consulting under the Red Velvette Integrated Service umbrella. Driven by entrepreneurial ambition, Sheetal ventured into uncharted waters, and soon, brought on board Amrita Chakraborty as Co-Founder, marking the start of an exciting partnership. Sheetal had a long-standing association with Amrita, having worked with her in two erstwhile stints.

As the founder of InnoQuest Consulting, Sheetal aims to optimize organizational recruitment processes by prioritizing efficiency without compromising on quality. Her expertise lies in developing Hiring Strategies, establishing operational frameworks, ensuring effective Governance, enhancing Employer Branding efforts, and executing strategic Leadership hires.
